More Online Retailers Sell Via Video

Summary:

Forrester and Shop.org just surveyed 125 online retailers, and have learned social networking and video should rise dramatically this year for this group. Only 26 percent currently use social networks and micro-sites, but at least 65 percent plan to advertise on social networks this year. Online video use—presently registering at 21 percent—is expected to explode to 67 percent. But that’s plans, of course. We’ll have to follow up on the follow-through.
